Step What to Do What You’ll Need Time 1. Order your test online. Your kit includes lancets, collection tube, alcohol swab, plasters, instructions, and a pre-paid return mailer. Hydrate and warm your hands in warm water to help blood flow. Warm water, instructions 3–5 mins 4. Clean one fingertip with the alcohol swab. Twist and press the lancet firmly until it clicks.
