Luteinising Hormone (LH)
Luteinising Hormone (LH) is a hormone produced by the pituitary gland that plays a crucial role in regulating the menstrual cycle and ovulation. In premenopausal women, LH levels fluctuate throughout the cycle and trigger the release of an egg from the ovaries. In those undergoing HRT or transitioning into menopause, LH levels typically rise due to reduced ovarian function. Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH)
